VENDOR APPLICATION

Are you a food truck, maker, or small business looking to join us at the farm?

We are NOW accepting applications for our Summer Shop and Play dates at the farm.

 

 *PLEASE READ* ALL OF THE INFORMATION below before applying. Applications submitted that do not conform to the following will not be considered or replied to. Emails asking questions that are already addressed on this page will not be responded to.

*DETAILS & FAQ*

We are now accepting applications for businesses and food trucks for our summer Shop and Play Saturdays. 

 

Shop & Play Saturdays are *rain or shine* events, but the family fun park does close in instances of heavy rain.

​

Spots are limited. Only two-three food trucks per date will be accepted.

 

We will do our best to book vendors that do not have competing interests; this also means we will not book vendors that compete directly with our in-house concessions or permanent vendors (ABSOLUTELY NO popsicles/ice cream, kettle corn, candy apples, barbecue, or donut vendors will be accepted). We cannot guarantee exclusivity though we aim to have a well balanced market.

Electricity will not be guaranteed.


Market is rain or shine.

 

We highly recommend vendors bring a weighted and anchored 10x10 tent with a backdrop. We will be locating our vendors under the pavilion, but as the sun moves throughout the day we cannot guarantee your location will not wind up in the sun (and heat).

A non-refundable site fee of $75 per date you plan on joining us must be paid immediately if application is accepted. Truck fees are $100 per date. Applicants are not guaranteed acceptance.

 

This is a family friendly market- no vendors selling adult or potentially offensive items will be accepted.

 

Vendors are expected to be set up 30 minutes before the opening time of each market date and to remain until closing time.

Available Saturdays are as follows, please note themes are subject to change:

June - Peachfest - Saturday June 22nd, from 9AM-2PM

July - Watermelonfest - Saturday July 13th, from 9AM-2PM

SHOP AND PLAY VENDORS: I understand that I must provide my own 10x10 tent and table. I understand the event(s) I have applied for is rain or shine. I understand no electricital access will be guaranteed. I am able to pay the site fee if accepted. I understand that application does not guarantee acceptance.

 

I understand that there is a strict no refund policy and it is my responsibility to plan accordingly if I am accepted to participate.

*VENDORS MUST HAVE A TENT. TENTS MUST BE 10X10 IN SIZE AND WEIGHTED DOWN SECURELY.
