What's at the farm?

Phillips Farms is made up of two main areas: Busbee's Country Store and Dampf Good BBQ (directly adjacent to our parking lot, where we host our Shop and Play Saturdays farmer's market), and our Family Fun Park (includes the park, Haunted attractions, sunflower field, and corn maze).

Shop & Play Saturday markets, Dampf Good BBQ, and Busbee's are free for the public to enter, and Gemstone Mining is located just outside of the Pavilion. Gemstone Mining is a separate activity from the fun park and carries its own fee.

General admission fees apply to enter the Family Fun Park and Haunted Maze & Park.

If Shop & Play is free, what's the park and why does it have an admission fee?

The Family Fun Park is a farm-themed amusement park and requires an admission fee to enter. It is located directly across the street from our parking and pavilion area (which is open to the public). Read on or visit our Fall page for more information on what's included.

The Phillips introduced Shop and Play Market Saturdays as a way to support local small businesses during the pandemic. Shop and Play days are hosted under the pavilion at Busbee's Country Store, and require *no admission fee* to attend. Stay tuned to our social media for announcements on when Shop and Play Saturdays will return.

At this time, Busbee's Country Store will be open seasonally and Dampf Good BBQ and Local Donuts NC will pop-up during their own hours of operation. Visit their websites and social media pages for day-to-day information and offerings. Read on for more on Busbee's hours of operation.

The Haunted Park:

Admission is separate from the family fun park and includes the field of lost souls, (corn maze), gore house, big top terror, rebellion trail (haunted wagon ride). Tickets cost $25 cash per person or $27 if paid by credit card or online. Military/first responder/senior (65+) discounted price is $23 per person.

Hours are 8-11 Friday and Saturday from opening night on 9/20, through the end of the season.

Is There Food?

Yes! Phillips Farms has several options for hungry visitors and foodies alike. Our concession stand within the park serves up tasty kettle corn and treats, coffee (hot and iced), beverages, and more.

Just outside Busbee's Country Store (no admission required), you can find low and slow smoked, authentic Texas style BBQ by Dampf Good BBQ, and fresh brioche donuts by Local Donuts NC during their hours of operation.

Will Kids of All Ages Have Something to Do?

Yes! We're parents too, and understand the challenges of finding a place to spend the day where everyone - seniors, adults, kids, and babies - will be comfortable. Our toddler town and corn box are the perfect place for little ones to play, while some activities like our rides, roller racers, and swings may be better for older children. See the full list of our Fall Park activities here!

What Happens If It Rains?

The Park does not offer ticket refunds due to inclement weather. If it's safe to be outside, we'll be there and hope you'll join us, too.

What Should We Wear?

The Park is fully outdoors, so dress accordingly. Comfortable walking shoes for everyone are highly suggested. Most of the grounds are navigable for strollers, and we have added paved walkways between the parking area and entrance to the fun park for additional accessibility.

Is the Park Pet Friendly?

Only certified service animals are permitted in the park. No exceptions will be made.

Do You Take Credit Cards?

All activities and concessions past the ticket booth/entrance are cash only (add-ons like the apple cannon launcher, additional mega slide rides, etc.) and there is an ATM on-site.

I'm coming with a large group- is there a discount?

Group rates are available for gatherings of 30+ members at the fall family fun park, and for 25 or more for the haunted park. For groups of 30+ people or 25+ for the haunted park*ONLY*, please contact deb@phillipsfarmsofcary.com. Inquiries for groups with less than the accepted number of guests will not receive a response.
