50% Deposit required to hold your date. Reservation not finalized until deposit is paid.

Any cancellation will forfeit the deposit. If adverse weather conditions require cancellation on the day of your event, Phillips Farms of Cary will do everything possible to reschedule your group for another date.

There will be a fee of $25.00 for every 15 minutes exceeding your reservation time.

A member of our staff will be available to assist with your party guest check-in. Each guest attending MUST wear a wristband which will be issued upon arrival.

All guests are required to remain in appropriate areas of the farm as indicated by the fences. Guests may not venture into other areas outside the fences, private property surrounding the house or walk around the ponds.

All children are required to be properly supervised. Children 12 years of age and under require adult supervision at all times.

Catering/food delivery is allowed for events. However, due to space limitations, food cannot be served from a vehicle/cooked onsite, but transported to your shelter area in pans, etc., and served from a table (we will provide the table). Examples are: Moe’s, Hibachi Express, Sub Shops, Panera Bread, Chick-Fil-A, Pizza and many others). There are quite a few restaurants which deliver to the Farm.

Smoking, pets and consumption of outside alcohol is PROHIBITED on our premises.

Host(s) listed above will be liable for any damage that occurs during the event and will be required to pay for repairs and/or replacements.

Phillips Farms is not responsible for any loss, theft, illness, accident or injury to any guest while on our premises. Everyone plays at their own risk

Phillips Farms’ rules must always be followed while on the premises. These are posted at the entrance to the farm.
