Know a family in need of a tree this season? We're giving away trees to families in need Saturday 12/16 and Sunday 12/17, no questions asked.

To nominate someone you know, or to sign up to receive a tree, please fill out the form below.* Once the form is filled out, you'll be able to visit our Busbee's stand at the farm on Saturday or Sunday during our normal hours of operation to pick up a tree.

*Free trees are limited in quantity and specific sizes are not guaranteed. ONLY guests who have signed up and filled out the form below (or had one filled out on their behalf) will be able to pick up a tree. Donations are limited to one tree per family.

 

Phillips Farms of Cary has a team able to help load the tree onto a vehicle, but we do not have a delivery service at this time.

 

We are not requiring proof of income to be nominated or to participate, please be honest. We expect that no one would want to take a tree from someone in need by claiming it under false pretenses for themselves.
